DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree in Salt Lake City! Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in were such a nice touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The beds were great, and I’m pretty picky about that. Loved having a yummy omelet for breakfast! Restaurant staff knows their stuff! Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent service, and I would definitely stay again.

This is my second stay there. My first trip was in June of 2025, and they accommodated my emergency. This November trip was a planned stay. We were there to visit family. My sister and her husband had a room there too. |What I like about this property is the location. It's walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. It's also a short drive to visit family. The staff are attentive and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. |I'd like to give a special shout out to Ryan at the front desk for being so attentive and Mel for being a great bartender. |I'm not a fan of paying for parking, but I find everything else about the place worth it. I'm definitely going to stay here again when I'm back in town.

Very inexpensive stay (we paid around $500 for 4 nights for a 1 br)....you get what you pay for.....I slept poorly most nights due to super non-breathable sheets & blanket (would wake up sweating). The hotel has central heat and it was really warm and stuffy during our stay (late december), and there are no windows that open. The only thing we can do is blast the air con, but it couldn't keep up with the heat and only lowered the room temp by a few degrees. Very wasteful but we needed to be able to sleep well. They gave us two box fans to help keep us cool. We got breakfast once during our stay and it was probably the worst food & service I've ever had. We paid for the "buffet" but there was barely any selection and many things were empty and I had to ask that they refill. You can ge

Wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Great location right by the freeway, with lots of places to eat nearby and directly across the street from Topgolf. The front desk staff was so polite and friendly, and the breakfast was on point. It was clean, with great options. Koby, who was running the show, was nonstop. She even gave our 5-year-old a coloring book and crayons. Koby was fantastic! Thank you so much!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the warm cookies during check-in and the convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
