DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton - Niagara Falls

Very safe and secure with security visible. Beautiful lobby with a cute place for quick bites. Front desk check in wasn't the friendliest but check out was for sure. Rooms were comfortable with what seemed like brand new sheets. Great location and loads of parking

We LOVED our stay. We had never stayed at this hotel before and we came to celebrate 2 birthdays. They gave us a free room upgrade over looking the falls on the 17th floor!! Marissa checked us in and was beyond helpful the entire time, even going above and beyond and printing colouring pages for our children. She was very knowledgeable and so so helpful. They gave us coupons for attractions around the Clifton hill area as well. The pool was great and both times we went we were the only family there and had a blast swimming. Hotel was very clean, everytime I went anywhere in the hotel someone was cleaning and it was so refreshing to see. I could go on and on about how much we loved our stay. We will most definitely be back again!!

Be aware there is a 150.00 deposit required at check in and a $35.00 fee for parking these amount will not appear on your hotel confirmation which l think should show on the website or noted in the confirmation the charges will be done at check in. There was a few people like us that were not aware of these amounts. We have been to many Hilton hotels and this one didn't disappoint. Clean quiet and walking distance to the falls. We enjoyed our stay and may return.

The hotel looks like a fancy mountain lodge. Everything was very clean and the room was incredibly spacious. 15 minute walk to the incline railway down to the falls. Excellent on site restaurant.

We just got back from an incredible vacation at the DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in and were greeted with the famous warm chocolate chip cookie, we knew we were in for something special. The rooms were spacious, super clean, and beautifully appointed – we had a stunning view of the American Falls that took our breath away every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room felt modern yet cozy with that classic lodge-inspired vibe. Service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Check-in was quick, everyone smiled, and they even gave great tips for exploring the area. **Location** is unbeatable – just a short 10-minute walk to the Falls, Fallsvie
