This is the DIRTIEST hotel. As soon as we opened the door your greeted with stains all over carpet and crumbs. The bed was made but not sure the sheets were even changed, bodily fluids stains on the boxspring cover. Counters tops , night stands & desk all had rings and had not been wiped down. Food in fridge from previous guest. Debris and marks on walls ceiling and shower and cabinets. Bugs and debris all along the edge of carpeting. The room has never been deep cleaned and maintained and it shows. They do not take pride in the cleanliness of this hotel.

Doubletree did above and beyond for a surprise event for a family member in December 2025. Tonya Sowdwer was wonderful from start to finish, taking time to answer questions, and to ensure the vision came to life. She has phenomenal experience in event planning and coordinating, even being skilled to help assist with decor and step in to fix any unexpected problems. She is patient, genuine, and truly cares that customers have a positive experience. Our family and friends are still talking about the wonderful event space; we highly recommend using this hotel for your next celebration.

Positive: I liked the layout of the room and ample space in the bathroom. The room was very nice and clean. Negative: I did not sign up for the continental breakfast and learned that I would have to pay 16.00 per person after spending an excessive amount for the room itself. Not my idea of accommodation for how much the room was for two nights. Luckily local restaurants

The room was good, however, there is NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS!! Also, you essentially HAVE TO VALET PARK ($10 night). The front desk workers were very short, didnt give me any details or directions, and seemed annoyed and more concerned about people they felt were more important. Its location is good for downtown. Walking distance from a lot of things.

I love rooming at Hilton because they have high standards for their staff, the convince of picking your own room online, upgrading your room, and using a mobile key which eliminates the need for face to face contact with the front desk. Let me start with the good. The service was amazing, from Randy at the front desk who addressed my concerns as best as he could with limited staffing and the amazing men and women taking care of the valet parking. We were greeted when we came in and offered a warm cookie when I dropped the keys off to my car. We were there for an event and that went well. The bad, my room was not cleaned to my standards. My bathroom floor was extremely dirty but I moped and was easily able to fix that. However I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by the bloody sh
