Positive: Leaving Negative: Stains on everything. Smoke smell. Cigarette burns on the sheets.

They only reason I am giving 1 star is because I had to. I honestly do not understand some of these reviews after staying here. I wonder if they just got friends and family to leave reviews. Also, it seems that they copy and paste the same reply to all negative reviews. The only reason we stayed was because it was late and I had just fallen in a parking lot and I was extremely sore. I can put up with almost anything for just one night, but the price was not worth what we got. The room smelled of cigarettes (both my husband and myself have health issues involving our lungs, so the cigarette smell made it hard to breathe), and both bedspreads on both beds had burn holes. All was just fine. I went to the New River Gorge, that was cool. Crazy winding roads you have here in the mid-atlantic! It's making me say 200 characters, I have nothing more to add. Hotel does NOT TAKE PETS. Not much else to say. It had a bed, pillows, shower, blanket!!!

I arrived in town and didn't need much. I scrutinized all available possibilities. This place seemed the best bang for the buck. Requirements were very low. Just no bed bugs. I had looked at all other options around. This was the place I bet on. I arrived and was given a room. I was very tired. I literally arrived, filled my ice bucket for my drinks, and drove over to my room. Strange there was a broken down car outside, but whatever. I crashed almost immediately. I woke and for investigation purposes, I inspected the place. It looks like it was recently remodeled. Older light switches and plugins. Overall, everything was fine. Shower was sufficient, bed was sufficient, microwave and fridge were clean. Toilet didn't flush well. I left and didn't use any services nor eat the breakfast beca

The rooms have roaches! They are disputing refunding my money. Was in the room during daylight and still seen the roaches. When telling management, they called us a liar and said we smoked in the room. Was only there for about an hour before seeing to roach. We called Booking.com and let them know what was going on. So we now have a $100.00 international charge on top of everything else, because they wanted to change my room. Like I want to bring home roaches!!! To add insult today the next day the charged my card another $20.00!! I was only on there property for about an hour! Worse place ever.
