Positive: The cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel staff from front desk staff to housekeeping staff, were friendly and accommodating and the beds were comfy! Negative: The parking fee of $33.00 a night and very limited handicap parking. The parking garage is very narrow for full size trucks. Not having free Continental breakfast.

Nothing like advertised. Not a 4 star hotel It's more like a 2 star. Staff young and inexperienced. Rooms are outdated, carpets are dirty with soiled stains maybe pet urine who knows. Don't be fooled jr. Suite or bunk beds are soo uncomfortable and rooms does not have chairs or desks so if you want to eat or write you do so on a bed. Parking is next door very narrow driving on a slope. No security and dangerous. They will charge you 35 dollars a day for parking that is if you can find a spot. The area filled with homeless people. |Don't waste your money on this dump.

Great service at the hotel all around, but the bar truly stood out. Jose Mosqueda is excellent in every way - attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even better. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in how he treats his guests. Amazing job!

Booked a standard room. Got a surprise instead. They put me in a handicap-accessible room I didn’t request, and it was in rough shape — broken shower and torn-up carpet included. The AC didn’t work, the room was so hot I couldn’t sleep, and when I showered I was sweating getting ready….Asked the front desk’s solution, the was… a fan. Not a repair. Not a proper fix. Just a fan. And me and my husband sweating. For a Hilton and Gold this was way below expectations, yet again. Marriot it is.

The location and exterior of the hotel were fine, but the room itself felt very outdated and had an odd smell. While I was checking in, another guest was complaining about bedbugs, which was concerning. Most of the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful; only one receptionist was actually friendly. The parking lot felt very sketchy, and they still charge $33 for it, which definitely didn’t feel worth it. Breakfast was extremely limited and the same every day — you might as well go to Starbucks and spend the same amount for something better. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
