⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The DoubleTree by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport has become one of our go-to stops, and for good reason. Monica and I travel a lot — from mountain towns to beach destinations and plenty of airports in between — and this hotel consistently stands out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the finishes and grounds are well maintained, and the restaurant and bar make it easy to settle in after a long travel day. But what really makes this place special is the people. The staff here are genuinely welcoming and professional every time we stay. Nina and Lofa deserve a special shout-out — they always go out of their way to make guests feel taken care of and remembered. The staff at the DoubleTree SLC airport make this property a diamond in the rough. The layout is a bit unique and the room decor is moving closer to vintage than modern, but the staff absolutely deliver. The front desk team always offer a warm welcome and are efficient in times of busyness, while being empowered to accommodate guest requests in my experience. The Housekeeping team succeeds in keeping rooms white-glove clean, the coffee shop staff are prompt and friendly, and the shuttle drivers are as helpful as they are timely. The bar being open late and serving food is a welcome relief after a late arrival, with Crystal and Katie offering outstanding service and solid recommendations.

Steven at the front desk is the BEST!!! I had a rough day of travel and his welcome to the hotel completely perked me up- not only did I get a cookie but he made sure it was a fresh warm cookie! He had a great, genuinely friendly welcome and he took the time to explain the details of the hotel amenities, so I was left with no questions. The rooms are nice, the balcony suite is a great touch! It's an older hotel so I can hear my upstairs and across the hall neighbors as they open/close doors, but no worse than any other hotel. Overall I am looking forward to a great stay!

After traveling all day with flight delays, I arrived at the DoubleTree by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport exhausted. Steven, Tina, and Isaac took care of the passengers quickly and professionally. They handled the situation very well and were still friendly and welcoming despite many delayed travelers arriving at the same time. The check-in process was smooth and stress free because of them. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. Exceptional service and hospitality. Thank you for taking care of your guests.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was at the hotel. Checking was quick and friendly. I was given a delicious chocolate chip and walnut cookie after checking in. My room was quiet, clean, large, with a very comfortable queen bed, and a nice easy chair. Their airport shuttle also was available at 4 am, when I needed it. I will definitely stay again when I need to stay overnight near the airport.
