Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Times Square West was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible staff. Due to a booking issue, our initial reservation was incorrect—we had booked two bedrooms but were given a room with one double bed. After arriving exhausted from a long, sleepless flight, this could have easily turned into a stressful situation.||Thankfully, Joanna and Arman were absolutely amazing. From the moment we explained the situation, they were kind, patient, and incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to help us change the reservation and made sure we were comfortable. What truly meant the most was their effort to accommodate an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after traveling for so long.||Their positive attitude, empathy, and genuine care turned a potential

I stayed at this hotel on Jan 22 -23, 2026, travelling in Amtrak. I have Hilton points and was a bit disappointed upon arrival. Just getting thru the door with a suitcase was a little challenging because as I recall, there weren't automatic doors. The lobby area was much smaller than I'd anticipated or was used to with most Hiltons. The desk clerks did not seem as friendly as I thought they could be. While waiting on line one clerk, who was already assisting a guest, just pointed me over to a second clerk, who all the while had been available, but didn't seem to acknowledge me. I didn't even know she was working. She did eventually redeem herself by giving me two cookies and water😂. The room and bathroom were okay but again, much smaller than I'd anticipated. The hotel is in a pretty decen

This was the ABSOLUTE worse Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed at. For those of you traveling to New York don't be fooled by the pictures they have. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It was a bad experience from the beginning: desk clerks were rude. I had been standing in what I thought was the line for about 20 minutes then the desk clerk rudely says " the lines over there!" So I had to go wait another 20 minutes. Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked which made the wait for an elevator extremely long each time. Most Hilton Hotels have spacious rooms, however this one does not. The rooms were EXTREMELY extremely SMALL. and
