DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bemidji

I recently stayed at the Bemidji Double Tree, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The hotel itself is beautiful—right on the water with stunning views, peaceful walking paths, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the front desk experience. Talia, who checked me in, was absolutely amazing. She was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect—from offering great recommendations to making check-in seamless and stress-free. Her kindness set the tone for the entire stay. I stayed here for an extended work trip in November. As a lifetime diamond member I can tell you this hotel is really going out of their way to work with what they have and the kindness of the staff is the icing on the Cake. Hotel is a little older with carpeted rooms and older style furnishings, but the rooms are well maintained and you can tell maintenance works overtime to keep the rooms and common areas clean and in working order. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job and front desk staff were always helpful and friendly. Bonus: can use your loyalty credit for breakfast, the attached restaurant or minimart. Saw lots of locals coming in for breakfast each day. Book the lakeside room, it’s worth it.

We were attending a family reunion and loved thee location on the beach next to Green Mill. It was perfect!

Really nice hotel and pleasant as I was traveling on an extended business trip. Rooms were well-maintained and staff was excellent in greeting you on departure and return each day. The view from the hotel is really nice sitting on the water with a really welcoming lobby, fireplace, and the back patio is Equipped the Fire pits To add to the ambience, of course small beach, looking appearance Complete with a pier and walkway. I want to say thanks to the staff a special thank you to MJ and Angie for accommodating my extended stay requests And also being very informative on all my inquiries! Beautiful hotel, my room was large and quiet. The front desk staff was fantastic! The view of the lake was very nice. And the free EV charger was great!
