DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta - Northlake

We recently completed the opening of a new restaurant location in Tucker and housed our training team of 15 at the DoubleTree for about a month. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The sales department did a phenomenal job coordinating with us and making sure our needs were met. The meeting space worked perfectly for our training sessions, and the team was incredibly accommodating whenever situations came up or adjustments were needed. They truly worked with us on every detail. The front desk staff was spectacular—warm, welcoming, professional, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. The staff was consistently courteous and attentive throughout my stay. Cookies are quickly surrendered upon request. I was treated well by all staff I encountered. The breakfast hosts/servers were excellent. They were gentle and kind ladies. This hotel is a decent hotel. It's not a newer build or deeply renovated but it's kept clean and everything works. They have security that circles the parking lot through the night and during the day as well, from what I noticed. After hours there is only one way open for entry or exit which makes it better for security to make sure vehicles are secure and much more difficult for nefarious actors. That is smart thinking of the hotel owners/management. I slept worry-free about my vehicle. It's a reasonably priced stay with a great balance of proximity

I called the hotel and to my surprise I was met with the most positive energy on the other end of the phone. Charnice answered with a smile on her face that I could feel. Her energy is so upbeat and truly inspiring, especially because I called around 7:30am! Not only could I feel her positive energy, but she was knowledgable, helpful and was able to answer my questions quickly. She truly made my day start on a great note, so I could only imagine how she makes your in house guests feel!

This hotel made us feel so welcome in several ways: When we checked in we found out we were the guests of the day and got a goodie bag and right to spin the wheel for another gift! Paul made us feel special. Then, at breakfast the next morning, Margaret gave us one free breakfast card and some other helpful hints. She was wonderful. Then, Barbara, in the dining room, was so friendly with a smile, coffee, and friendly welcoming conversation. Such nice people and a lovely place to boot. Highly recommended. OH, and free parking!

So far my favorite hotel we’ve stayed at. Due to waiting on a house to be ready to move in we’ve been staying in different hotels and this one just had a great atmosphere. It has security at night and it’s got great parking. The only thing I didn’t like was the elevator was a little slow but that’s not that bad. One of the front desk staff even gave us free breakfast for one day rather than paying $14.95. I must say though, their breakfast was SO GOOD! Try the French toast!!!
