DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta Airport

I had no issues with the staff unlike several other reviews. They were polite and helpful at both check in and check out. Amy at the bar did a great job and our food for dinner was good. We found the room to be clean and comfortable although the second floor right over the entrance was a little noisy with guests outside on their phones. This hotel does need updating! The location is ideal for airport travel and the shuttle service was very convenient. No cookies at check in.

Positive: Location was great for easy access to the airport Negative: When we showed up there was no power took two hrs to get checked in. The bed was to hard and the pillows were awful. Parking was ridiculously over priced and should have been complimentary for all of the hiccups. Just overall bad experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. A special shoutout to Samuel for his fantastic customer service and to Tasha for making really good drinks! The hot water was working perfectly, and I’m happy to report that the issues mentioned in previous reviews are no longer valid. While the hotel could use a bit of a spruce-up, my stay was still great. The only downside was being woken up at 6 in the morning by some noisy neighbors, which was a bit disruptive. Despite that, the stay was wonderful!

We needed a quick overnight stay close to airport because our flight was canceled and next one out wasn't until next morning. Booked this hotel as it was listed as 4 star. Got to hotel late (1130pm) and got to room immediately. We got checked in quickly and went to room. Definitely not a 4 star room. Bathroom had rusted brackets in shower from something that was removed. Tile was cracked or missing grout on floor, closet had holes where jobs had been removed but not filled. Next morning when we were leaving my son asked if a belt on floor was mine. It was not. It was from previous guest so really makes me question cleaning done in room. Would not stay again. Staff was also not helpful with finding food. They said there was nothing to eat bear there but I found fliers fo

As a Lifetime Diamond member, I was very disappointed with my stay at this DoubleTree near the Atlanta airport. Unfortunately, several promises made at check-in were not honored. I specifically confirmed my room selection and was told bottled water would be provided in the room, but neither was the case upon arrival. The property itself is clearly showing its age. The hallway carpet was torn, and there were visible stains and scratches on the walls and even parts of the ceiling. Inside the room, the bathroom cleaning was concerning — there was hair in the shower and I even stepped on a piece of jewelry left on the bathroom floor while barefoot. The furniture throughout the room was scratched and stained.The clock in room was off by 1 1/2 hours 🤪 Trash throughout the building was overflow
