Dorchester Miami Beach Hotel & Suites

The rooms are incredibly spacious — it truly feels like home. Everything about this place is cozy and welcoming. The building with the beautiful fountain in the inner courtyard hosts the guest rooms, all accessible from a charming, secluded yard. It’s like a hidden paradise island — wonderfully quiet and serene. The entire atmosphere — from the lobby to the courtyard — is calming and relaxing, exactly what I need after a busy day. The restaurant is beautiful, artistic, and delightfully unique — it captures the spirit of a Cuban island in both taste and ambiance. Thanks to Bryan for accommodating early check in! I will definitely come back!

Not a great experience. Good location and beautiful rooms, but service is EXTREMELY lacking. We got there after 4 hrs of driving and no one offered help with our luggage, which we had to carry over stairs. Tried to do a late checkout (offered paying) but they refused due to being “sold out” and didn’t even allow me to leave the car there for a 1-2 extra hours as I had a late night flight. Breakfast (good tbh) is served in a separate hotel. Will definitely not come back, we felt like we were not wanted here.

Omar at the front desk was so kind and welcoming -he deserves 5 stars on his own. However, there were several issues with my stay which ruined my trip. When traveling, people want to feel at ease and comfortable, and that was not the case here. It’s not the employees fault. Management and ownership need to do better to make sure issues don’t reoccur. (The location is great for Miami Beach)

We had a really good stay here. The room was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The hotel’s location is spot on. At the front desk we met Rocío C., who was genuinely kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her tips and attitude made everything much smoother. Highly recommended.
