Domicile Suites at Harbor Steps

Very well located near the waterfront Market area and very close to the Library and Art Museum. The apartment itself was nothing too grand. Very Ikea feel. But it was very cozy and everything worked. The view was nice. There was a Peleton studio of you're into that. Nice Jacuzzi spa. The people who work here are extremely nice and the price was great.

This place was clean, quiet, in a great location, but it was not clear until we received info about checking in that it isn't really a traditional hotel. It's an apartment building that rents out some of its furnished units on a nightly basis, and the whole experience was much more like and AirBnB. Our unit was very sparsely furnished with a couple of IKEA pieces, not nearly as nice as the units in the online photos. All-in-all, it was an OK experience, but we wouldn't have booked if it were clear that this was more of an apartment building.

Domicile properties have been nothing less than exemplary. It gives you the feel of being at “home” without being at home. You can’t beat that at hotel prices. The staff have always been responsive and courteous and the units are clean and comfortable. We will always stay at a Domicile property whenever we are in the city.

Excellent location. Room was on the 12th floor facing 1st Ave. Just a 2 minute walk to the Piers, 5 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Walk a few blocks up and grab the monorail the Seattle Center. Only downside is the pool and hot tub are in a different building. The pool was cold and the hot tub wasn't clean. We'd recommend Domicile to others and will stay again.

Great space for the price. Had some difficulty finding correct unit as no map of property was available. Space was clean and well maintained. Would use Domicile again!
