Dixie Downs Resort

I live here. They have a tight knit community. Very responsive to the needs of the owners in the park. Good activities for everyone in the winter months. Everyone enjoys the activities and getting together with their neighbors. I would highly recommend living here it's a great place to call home.

This is a decent park, a bit run down but for what it is it is good. It has a pool and a small laundromat. It is a 55 year and older community, and they do give you dirty looks for driving through, but I imagine they get a lot of riff raff coming through. For the most part everyone I have met has been really friendly.

So nice and quiet even though it was right off of Dixie Downs! The best part is it was an all adult park 55 and over so very quiet! Ahhh like heaven!

The worst experience I have ever had!!! The first two weeks we were there, we were threatened with fines and made the feel very unwelcome. The management is very rude and pet unfriendly. If you are looking for the great St. George experience, this is not the place for you. If I were in a concentration camp or here, I would chose the concentration camp.

I am really upset at the fact that my mother has to use your laundary facilaties in the summer. Your club house is usually amazing but you have shut the air condition off for the entire summer. I have to do her laundary for her because she will get heat stroke being in there to long it is lile a 10p degrees in there please accommodate the elders more and turn the air on for them. Also she can not swim in the summer because it is hotter inside the pool area then it is outside. The winter time i feel the park is given a lot more attention then in the summer time. Please be more of the residents who live there year round and keep the park going.
