Disney's BoardWalk Villas

We didn't stay here but visited while staying at another property. Walking around the boardwalk is so much fun and is so cute. I love the idea and theme. It wasn't crowded at all and was easy navigating through it. It's central location is great to get to Hollywood Studios or Epcot on foot. You can also walk to several neighboring resorts to visit and check them out. I hope the location continues to flourish as I saw several shuttered businesses. However, the new Cake Bake shop is gorgeous and has yummy treats, but be ready to pay $15 for an iced coffee with no add ins and the coffee is just OK. Aside from that, if you want to take a nice walk away from the busy parks, this is a great place to do it.

My favorite hotel at Disney so far. Something magical about this place! I fell asleep on the rocking chairs on the back porch, so inviting. Everyone I interacted with was above and beyond helpful and kind. The theming is so charming, a combo of the heydays of seaside boardwalks and Disney. The villa studio with a preferred view was perfect. Love love the set up with a pulldown Murphy bed and the twin bed pull down in addition to the queen bed. Very well designed. Most of all, I spent a lot of peaceful time sitting on the balcony. They had activities for the kiddos in the big courtyard lawn, you could hear the magic shows, see the twinkling of the lake reflected on Cake Shop, and best of all, see Epcot fireworks at night. Disney’s Boardwalk Villas, located on Epcot Resorts Blvd, is a step back in time. Here you are in Atlantic City at the turn of the century. You are right on Crescent Lake, with restaurants galore and live entertainment like street performers when the sun goes down. The dueling piano bar closed, but there’s still the Atlantic Dance Hall with no cover charge. Rent a surrey bike or play carnival games. Shop or grab a snack in the gift shop. You pay more to stay here because you are within quick walking distance of the Swan and Dolphin resorts, Beach and Yacht Club Resorts, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. A walk around the lake is especially pretty at night. You can’t park here unless you’re staying at the resort or have a dining reservation, but it’s an easy bus ride over from Disney Springs or

I rarely post negative reviews but this is worth noting: don’t stay here if you’re a young person because they will continue thinking that you’re a grocery delivery person, an uber driver, or literally anything but a paying customer. My mom who is in her 70s was treated with respect and kindness- I assume because they thought she was paying? Incorrect! We were treated with cold indifference and they literally kept asking my husband if he worked here- it was insane. I am never ever staying here again- we’ve never been so disrespected.
