We are DVC members (since 2002) here and so disappointed. The rooms need some TLC. Service is lackluster. The water was shutoff without warning one day for hours. It is a terrific location. Seems like Disney just doesn’t care. Save your money/points and pick another resort.

I have always wanted to stay at the Beach Club since I was a little girl visiting Disney World with my parents. I finally had the opportunity to stay here, and it was the most disappointing Disney hotel. There is nothing luxurious about this resort. You are paying $800/night for the location and pool. The rooms are the same quality as the All-Star Resorts, so if you don’t care about being walking distance to Epcot, save yourself $600/night and stay there. The room had hair all over the shower/tub, sink, and bed sheets. The tub didn’t drain. After talking to the concierge, they found us a new room, but required us to leave our room by 11am, and didn’t provide us a room until 3pm. Since we were going to the park that day, we were out of the room by 8am. This left us without a room for essen

Location is convenient to Epcot, Hollywood studios and Boardwalk. We have stayed at beach club 1-2 times a year since well before covid. They have lost the magic here. No longer should be considered a deluxe resort or villa.

Unbelievably overpriced for what you get. The villas are REALLY showing their age yet Disney wants you to pay upwards of $1,000 a night. On top of that, the buses are combined with Yacht Club making it incredibly annoying and frustrating to get around to the parks. The food on premise is sub par at best. The staff is very kind and helpful, but none of that matters when the price of the rooms leave such a sour taste in your mouth. You’d be better off literally anywhere else, especially if staying OFF Disney property

Don't arrive early. They won't be able to put you in another room. We waited 4 hours. I guess they had ONE specific room set aside for us and couldn't give us a maid up room. Great game room and beaches and cream food stand is great for a quick bite. Nice dvc location . Staff very friendly. Hopefully they won't have 100% mandatory searches of your room even if you want dont want it or need it. Rooms are really spacious, clean, quiet and wonderful. Def enough room for two adults plus others. It's a full service hotel so expect your luggage to be delivered to your room.
