65 bucks plus tax for a night at a 2 star trailer park is CRAZY. Get those stars up and MAYBE it'd be worth it. HOLY SMOKES 🙄 Much much much nicer places for a fraction of the cost. These people are smoking that good stuff for sure

Keep looking. For $60 a night you get pedestals with wires hanging out, long term residents that don’t maintain their lots and everything on the property is in disrepair. 10 showers and only one works. The messiest laundry room I’ve ever seen, an empty pool, a sun deck that is locked. When at the dog park your view across the river is of homeless people in tents. Definitely not worth $60 a night.

One star only because 0 is not possible. I simply can not believe the amount they are charging for this I will add pictures. Appalling but obviously there is a reason they are the only park in area with spots available. Enter at your own risk if you can find the actual entrance through the rubbish!!

Very bare bones, very run down the spots are not maintained. We were told to walk around and find a ln open spot that had working electric and water because not all worked but they didn't have a map of what worked or not. Many of them had exposed wires and looked unsafe. It is not in a good part of town and didn't feel very safe there. It does have pull through spots and those that work are full hookups with 30 and 50 option on all the ones we checked. We had no other options due to poor plan ahead on our part and we stayed for 3 night. Everything worked out, no issues but didn't feel safe and comfortable and won't be back.

This was the worst RV park I have ever stayed in. I paid $61 for one night and it was awful. The site I was assigned had cars parked in it. Office was closed (they close at 3pm!) So we used the empty site next to it. The electric didn't work so we had to run our cable under the RV and plug into another site. The site was EXTREMELY unlevel. It humped up then down. Since we were staying hitched we couldn't do anything to help the height. It was so unlevel our door could not close with the stairs out. We had to manually tilt it so the side with the stairs was much higher so we could close the door. The sites all have weeds. They asked the year of our rig, so I assumed they had a 10 year rule.
