The owner he is very nice. Very helpful. Me and my three children stayed here for three nights. He put as close to the office and under a camera for safety. Did not get an attitude about me coming back-and-forth asking for stuff. Will be staying at this location every time I need a room in Greenwood. Highly recommend. I told him that none of the people that was visiting me at my room was staying. He did not get mad about my visitors. There was a cat continuously trying to get in my room and he came and made it leave. Did not get upset with me for checking prices at other locations before booking. Room was very clean. Could not have asked for better experience. Housekeeping are very nice ladies. So please do not give them a hard time and leave y’all room a mess. Help them out.

If you want somewhere to sleep at night, it’s ok. It is a motel and there is no breakfast. The room was clean, but very old and outdated. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, but no iron or ironing board. The owner was kind enough to let me use his iron at the front desk. We had a double room, but the beds were full size beds.

5 out of 5 stars My star rating is based off the fact that this is a budget motel. As expected there are no frills. The pros to this property are, convenient location, the linens are fresh and the AC was cold. We will definitely be back.

The owner is a very nice man and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. The room is very clean with everything you need inside really nice comfortable bed fluffy pillows Nice parking space I was able to park my semi truck and a nice quiet area I will definitely come back when I’m in this town

Very friendly people at the front desk! they are welcoming and take care of me everytime I stay here. Room was clean, no unpleasant smells. And the bed is comfortable as well. Nice place overall if you need somewhere good to stay
