I checked in late about 10 Pm or later I was charged full price. For the last three years I always stayed at your hotel. They had to redo my room keys twice and I still couldn’t get into the room. So on my third trip to the check in desk they changed my room and were able to get in. I was already tired from driving 8hr straight from Louisville Kentucky. I checked out early in morning. I worked at a hotel in Saginaw Michigan for four years as a night clerk and security officer. When someone checked in late at night we. Gave them a discount.

Visited from 5/2 - 5/7 in 2025. My uncle is a disabled veteran and I booked our rooms a month prior. I specifically requested 2 handicapped accessible rooms 1 with a roll in shower. When we arrived I was told the entire 3 story facility had only 1 room with a Roll in shower and it was occupied. We had to call to request CLEAN TOWELS, we received towels only once and we were promised discount by the manager, NO DISCOUNT was given! We each paid over 900 each. Room #208 & 210. I loved the Walmart next door and the many restaurants close by.

The worst experience EVER! First and foremost how are you charging $100 in cash deposit on top of a deposit because I live in a 50 mile radius of the hotel!!!!! Oh but you’ll get it back at checkout. No cancel all that right now!!!! Annddd had the nerve to say it would not be refunded. Nah potna it WILL be refunded best believe that🤣🤣🤣.. in my Shirley Caesar voice” No chaaarrggee “ was the outcome. 😀😀😀

Room was accommodating. I had a business meeting that morning that I thought may not end until 1 o'clock and the latest you can checkout is 12, so that morning I extended for another day. Meeting ended at 10:30, I rushed back to the hotel to attempt to checkout and was told that they couldn't give me a refund. I've stayed at many hotels and to tell me that they couldn't give a refund because of the system is a flat lie. A rather for you to just tell me you are not going to refund me any money. I packed up and left and lost $200+ for that.

This is the cleanest nicest comfort Inn I’ve ever stayed in hats off to the housekeeping crew. The room is spotless Actually, the whole hotel is spotless very clean kept up very well. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Greenwood Mississippi parking lot very well lit at night.
