Deluxe Inn & Suites

As soon as I got in my room, the TV remote did not work to turn it on. I called the guy. He said he would come and fix it never did. I called him again. He said he would, but he never did. The bath towel is not really a bath towel. It shows on maps to be $35. The guy on the phone told me $70 but he would not go lower than $60. It’s definitely a $35-$40 motel

We arrived at the Deluxe Inn & Suites Hotel around noon on Sunday, April 21st, 2024. While trying to book a room we had to knock repeatedly on the glass in order to get assistance. There was a sign that stated, "Ring bell for assistance", but the bell had been removed. After we paid for the room and I recieved the room number/key, we proceeded to drive around the parking lot to locate our room. Before we made it to our room, we had already witnessed an apparent drug deal and we had been approached by the local sex workers. The first thing we noticed regarding the room was that the window screens had been ripped off the windows. Upon entering the room, we could see that the door had previously been kicked in as the door trim was broken off and missing. The door was barely holding itself shu

It is usually very quite. The rooms are fairly clean. It is a great location right off I 10 and is with in walking distance of stores and restaurants.

Don’t stay here, lots of violence shooting and assault. People have been killed at channelview location. Front office won’t call or check up on you if something happens. Stay away if you value your life.

Very nice and comfortable but I have no active TV, For the price and location it's all good 👍
