Deluxe Inn of Roswell

This place is nice and cozy. The rooms are larger than most hotel rooms and the owner takes good care of the property and does immediate maintenance upon request. I recommend this place because it’s a very relaxed atmosphere and you have lots of space to spread out. The shower is nice and hot and the toilet flushed really well fridge gets really cold. Also my room has a huge closet so you don’t have to trip over your luggage. The laundry room has really good washer and dryers.

My friends and I stayed here during the UFO Festival this past year, and it was an excellent stay! The room was clean and we felt very safe. The most memorable part of our stay was how accommodating the staff was when we chose to add on a second day last minute - on what I understand to be the busiest weekend of the year, no less. Great place to stay and I would definitely recommend!

Horrible experience!!!! Hey check out the responses to any bad reviews. The management/owner reveals all in his response. in his replies he is right and the guest is wrong, always. Horrible experience!!!! Not clean as stated in the reviews as my room was crawling with ants and little flies that sprang out of the shower. Sheets were so heavily drenched in bleach when washed they were stiff as boards and so so so scratchy. I could not lay on the sheets. Even fully dressed it itched. The pool is very scary!!! I just ask WHY??? Do not even think of bringing a pet! I was yelled at when I made no attempt to hide my dog. I was not aware of a no dog policy, as no one said a thing upon check-in. Dog was clearly in the car window barking and visible to the check-in person. They further attempted to

They are attempting to renovate the place but it still needs lots of work in upkeep, just the amount of bugs in the check in lobby and the mess in the back is enough to make you run away, place is cheap but it's certainly worth more to not stay there. Bugs in the room a smell of moisture hard to get over, a pool that has grown weeds and a sense of being in the stranger things universe just looking as the bathroom windows is scary. Our room had drainage issues and it took a lot of effort to be moved after confirmation that only the owner (who was not available) could come and do some maintenance. Location is great though.

Somewhat roughly remodeled, but a fine value. The updating work is a bit amateurish; I've done much better DIY work. The former pool area in the middle of the parking lot is now a junkyard. The aesthetics are weak, but the essentials are solid. Everything is clean, no bugs or vagrants. Hot water for the shower was prompt and adequate, but only just. Wi-Fi was fine. I think I paid $63 + tax on a Tuesday in April, 2025. Speaking which, Taco Tuesday at the Mexican restaurant a half block away is good.
