Another desert treat. Haven't stayed here much they usually kinda full. But I had fun here

This hotel was completely disgusting. I had never stayed in a hotel in worse conditons. There were holes all over the wall, the tile floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The room was non smoking and someone smoked in it. There multiple cockroaches in the room along with other dead insects that were decomposing which tells me the room had not been cleaned in several days. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and am now suffering a very large asthma attack due to this place. I informed the front desk person that this room was disgusting. I was told that they could do nothing and I would have to ask expedia for my money back. I didn't even book with expedia. I never saw anyone over the age of about 20 running this Hotel. This little place has great service and clean rooms. It's really close to the Polo Club grounds, so it's very convenient. Wal mart is close by a well. Our room had a frig and microwave and parking right outside the door. Would definitely stay again. Side note: There are train tracks right across the street, but the noise didn't bother me. But if you are bothered by that, it is something to be cognizant of.

Small quite place prices are very affordable. And Roy at the front desk is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable when asked for places to get a good meal. Rooms are small but cozy. Clean linen on bed and fresh towels. Rooms have small fridges, microwaves and very nice size TV's with remotes.

FOR $200, YOU TOO CAN STAR IN YOUR OWN HORROR FILM! This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. So awful that I left after 30 minutes. It was clear the sheets on either bed had not been cleaned (large stains) with hairs on the sheets. There was also some mystery blue substance on the sink. The most revolting part of the room were the large blood splatter stains over BOTH mattresses (one picture of each bed). It’s a budget hotel so I don’t expect 1000 thread count pillowcases or breakfast. For $200 a night, I would expect a hotel to at least have the decency to wash the sheets and hide the blood stains with a mattress cover. Maybe the police department give them a deal on mattresses from murder cases? I’m not sticking around to find out. The hotel refused to refund me so I
