Delton Grand Resort and Spa by Vacasa

This little condo was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. The entire condo was clean when we arrived minus a slight grill smell most likely from the previous tenants however that went away very quickly after settling in. All of the plugs we used worked. The kitchen has everything you need to make food if you choose to do so or have some drinks. They provide you with a complete extensive list of things you can do close to the area that helped guide my husband and I on what activities we could do on our last day here. The staff we corresponded with on our app was kind and thorough. Do keep in mind you will have to do some cleaning yourself before you leave but not much. All in all I would highly recommend this place to stay. The view of the lake as well has been incredible to wake up

Megan and Valerie worked the front desk and I had no issues with them. They were quite friendly. The man servicing the rooms always greeted us with a smile and hello. We had room #405 and it was jungle themed. It featured a couple of giraffes, a baby elephant and had a hot tub in the room. The shower felt like a human car wash with the body sprayers (nice touch). Cable tv with a lot of available channels. Sliding door to a walkout patio and excellent view/scenery. The outdoor pool was a couple minutes walk, and the water was nice and warm. The indoor pool was closed for renovations. We were given passes to Noah's ark and had access for the duration of our stay at this resort. This was more of a Airbnb feel than resort. If there was anything to add, it would be to add another lamp or more

We stayed in unit 422. It was clean. Nice furniture. Comfortable bed. However the shower is cold a no way to adjust temperature. The unit is advertised as having a hot tub The hot tub in the common area is broken. Several calls to vaca and they say the local team will address it. They never did. They attempted to fix the cold shower never did. It is supposed to be a non smoking facility in and out doors. We could smell smoke on the back patio and the stench would send us inside. I would not stay here again

The things they show on the website are deceiving both pools are not at the same place and there's no information provided as to where they are everything requires a 10 digit passcode there is no key's considering the price you can find a better place to stay

My fiance and I were looking for a place to stay near Devil's Lake. We didn't know the area so took a gamble. This property was awesome. It was right on Lake Delton, so we were able to enjoy the water and paddleboard. We just walked out the patio door. It was quiet!! The building was quiet. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Wisconsin Dells. The room itself was great! It was very spacious. I liked the small refrigerator and microwave. This property would be great for a single person, couple, or family to stay in. We will definitely be going back.
