This place is awesome! The pool is gorgeous. Not just a big pool but a beautifully designed pool that makes it feel like a secret oasis with a cool slide. The pool gets busier at night when everyone is back from Disney. There are shuttles to the 4 Disney parks, but ONCE a day, there and back. So if you want to save on parking at Disney you have to see if the shuttle schedule fits your plan. But Uber is also available whenever you want. The rooms are nice but not "expensive nice". The two beds were Kings and very comfortable. No daily cleaning service but we were only there for the weekend. No microwave but there's a coffee maker and a MUCH bigger fridge than any other hotel room I have rented. Definitely not a little micro fridge. We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were convenient and thoughtfully maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and safe. The location was also a big plus — close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and well-kept. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable experience.

My husband travels 90% of the year for work and we meet up throughout the year for vacations. We are from Las Vegas so high heat but dry. We have come to Florida to visit the theme parks, staying at several hotels throughout the years, including Disneys Saratoga property. We almost canceled our reservation after we read the negative room reviews. Yes it’s humid, and come across muggy, it’s Florida where rain falls on and off all day. We walked into our room and noticed it felt stuffy, turned the AC down a couple degrees and voila, problem solved. The shower runs hot and with great pressure, the sheets were clean and tv connected to our phone/streaming services. Stayed here with my father last month for 3 nights and had a great experience. The room was clean and housekeeping staff was courteous in the hallways. Our check in was very smooth, we arrived around 10 am and the front desk had a variety of options for upgrade and for a complementary early check in. Pool was lovely. My only note is that the shuttle service has very selective timing, I assumed it would spare us a few uber trips but the limited schedule didn't end up meeting our needs with only 1 trip to and from the parks daily. I don't blame the hotel, they did not mislead lead me in any way, I simply saw they had shuttle service and made an assumption on availability.

Overall the stay was good. Our room had a small mildew smell and if you didn’t keep the AC running it smelled of sweat. The rooms tried to have an “updated” look, however it was cheaply done. Like done on a budget. There were stains on the duvet but there was a clean sheet over. The biggest thing is that this hotel does still use a Bellman and he was very sweet and helpful. Please take the opportunity to have them help with luggage since it is a long trek to your room and not easy if you have a lot of bags. Breakfast was delicious and our waitress was very sweet. If the hotel put the time and money in the rooms like they did the lobby, pool and breakfast area this would be a very nice hotel.
