Delta Hotels New York Times Square

We stayed here for 3 nights. Each day our room was cleaned. The beds were very comfortable! You can get complementary water flavors at the desk to add to your water. Each floor has a filtered water refill station. The hotel was very clean. Our favorite employee was Tiambo, working at the bag room/bellman. He was so friendly every time we saw him. He always remembered us and engaged in friendly conversation. I felt safe at this hotel. It was clean and very well maintained.

Positive: The staff’s friendly & observant greetings made the stay feel warm and safe. The rooms were always kept tidy, clean, and accessible. It was evident that intentionality was behind many things. We loved the complimentary tickets to the museum! Negative: The elevator waiting time stood out.

The room was nice and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The room was cleaned every day when you take off the do not disturb sign, which was great to come back to after being out in the city all day. The location is perfect, right near Times Square and within walking distance of pretty much everything. From the hotels location you can easily get to all the popular places in NYC, whether it’s by public transport or taxi. The deposit was also released quickly. Just something to note if you’re traveling with others; the bathroom doesn’t have a regular door with a lock, it’s a sliding door. Since i was traveling solo, that didn’t bother me, but it’s worth keeping in mind. Overall, a great hotel and I really enjoyed my stay.

I was here a whole week and it was lovely. Everyone who worked there was super nice (especially Paul!), the lobby is cute and welcoming. Subway and airport transport could NOT be closer, all kinds of (mostly fast) food around, Empana Mama was my fav, and there's a Pret around the corner. It's a little well worn around the edges, but clean and a tight ship. Amazingly comfortable bed with nice sheets, desk/work spot, fridge and coffee maker. The "pantry" in the basement is awesome - I had access because of my mom's Marriott points, I have no idea how it works otherwise. Brilliant idea, way better than a free breakfast buffet. I could go any time and get some snacks and drinks, lots of great breakfast options and fancy coffee/lattes. I don't understand or like the weird shower design, but oh

My siblings and I stayed at the Delta Hotel in Times Square on November 6th to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and although this review is a little overdue, it’s absolutely worth writing because our stay was truly memorable. The location was perfect/active enough to feel the NYC energy but not overwhelmingly chaotic. It’s not directly in the center of Times Square, but still just a short, easy walk to great restaurants, shopping, and everything you’d want to explore. Check-in was a pleasure even during rush hour. The service was efficient, polished, and genuinely welcoming. I especially want to highlight Juniece, who was in training during our stay( we couldn’t tell 🙂).
