Positive: LOVED THE HEATED POOL AND WATERSLIDE! Negative: There was a birthday party in the pool area the night we arrived which made it very busy!

Manny was awesome, he upgraded our room for free. Everyone working the front desk was great! We were able to check in an hour early and got a 2 hour late check out with no additional fees. The pool did seem to maybe be a bit over chlorinated on Sunday, but other than that everything was amazing. Awesome staff!

We have stayed here numerous times throughout the years. It's in a great location, and we've also enjoyed the bar and restaurant there. This last weekend we stayed there and we noticed how dated the rooms are becoming. The toilet didn't fully flush, with bits of t.p. always coming back up. The room's air quality in general seemed poor. We ALL felt stuffy when we were in the room, and once out of the room we cleared up.. We didn't eat or drink there, so I can't comment on that. The check in person was pleasant enough. But the thing that had me write a review was that they had mistakenly charged us $999.00 per night. We stayed 2 nights. When we checked out, the desk person asked if I wanted a printed receipt, or have it e-mailed it to me. I chose the latter, trusting that it would be correct

We are the most beautiful evening together as a family. It was blooming cold outside and even on the shuttle driver‘s day off, he offered to come and get us to a restaurant and back. The suites are very accommodating and comfortable. Every staff member was exceptional.

We recently stayed here for my daughter's birthday as a mini staycation. The good: the pool & waterslide! The water was warm which was important to us. The kids loved the waterslide & didn't want to leave. I appreciated that check in/out was 3p-12p unlike some hotels. The front desk gal was so friendly & kind at check-in. The not as good: The chlorine in the pool was pretty strong. After awhile, it was stinging my eyes (I wasn't swimming, just watching). My daughter, despite showering off, got a heck of a chlorine rash from it. Also, our suite wasn't cleaned the best. I noticed an empty pop bottle that was left on the floor & something in the mini fridge freezer.
