Delos Reyes Palm Springs

After experiencing a very rude interaction (phone call) with a front desk agent working in Sunday, October 26th, I would like for ownership to reach out and discuss the individual working at 7:39 in the morning. I have never met this person, but they threatened me with police and other methods because I inquired as to why a guest whose room I booked for last night was denied at the door. This person has never seen me on my life but felt comfortable enough to deliver those threats. This is very poor customer service and horrible reflection on your property. I will be reaching out to several outlets to share this information since I do believe the person working your front desk is a threat to others and is not mentally fit. Thank you for time with helping see this matter through.

The hotel is older with a dilapidated road around it which need serious paving. The staff were friendly. There is no breakfast - only coffee. We found two cockroaches in the bathroom. The carpet was so dirty that when I exited the shower and returned, a black film was imprinted from my feet was imprinted in the tub. I would guess it hasn't been washed for over 30 years. During our two night stay, the room was not serviced so we had to ask for towels. Beyond this, the room was quiet. The hotel is a couple of miles from downtown Palm Springs. Nothing major was nearby except a small coffee shop. It's not a horrible hotel, but it's not a good one either. The price was not indicative of the value received.

We only stayed here for one night, but it was a very disappointing experience. During our stay, the walkways were being washed with water, and the water ended up flooding into our room. Our personal belongings, including important documents, were soaked. Instead of offering real assistance or any form of compensation, we only received a very minimal apology. We were simply told to put our important documents out in the sun to dry. This is completely unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this place at all.

Positive: It had a bed and a TV Negative: For what it was, it should’ve cost maybe $30. It was not great. I would not stay here again.

Over $200 for a one night stay and quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I had no choice because my flight was cancelled but there was random chopped up carpet lining the walk ways, the toilet never worked and I had to use a bucket to get it to flush, there was exposed electrical and the lights were all without bulbs but one in the bathroom that was sketchily wired to a timer for no reason the “mirror” on the wall was a old sliding door from a closet?? The tv barely worked and the water from the pipes came out a deep foggy white color and never settled like tap water sometimes can. Huge waste of money this building needs MAJOR work before they can ever try to charge those nightly fees. I wish I got my money back.
