The owner, Sophia, lives out of state and has Vincent running the place for her. They rented to me for over 2 months at an outrageous price and gave a $100 security deposit. Then when I left, he refused to give me back my deposit saying that i didn't leave in time so he charged me for one extra day after deep cleaning it myself and that I ruined his blankets. Thing is, I put theirs on a shelf because I had brought my own. Then when I called the owner, she blatantly ignored my calls or messages. And they are not supposed to "rent" out their rooms as apartmentsi highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay

Very sketchy place. They had someone else run it while the manager was away. The people running it were as high as could be. We got there, & the man there said "uh can't you just go somewhere else." We had already paid. We also witnessed an exchange of a package and money. Another bad thing was another guest came out to tell the people running the place that someone had left the oven and stove on. The two workers discussed it, and realized it was them. Then they said "oh well" and walked down the street-leaving the oven and stove on. We did call the police to report and we left early. I will say the inside was clean. Outside not so much. There were old mattresses and other litter next to the rooms.

previous reviews are true! It is impossible to return the deposit, they have 1000 reasons not to give it back. the manager is very rude, closed the door in front of me and refused to talk. I don't recommend staying. The deposit will not be returned to you - 100%. The photos of the rooms do not really correspond at all. terrible place and terrible attitude.
