This place has received some rotten reviews, all I can comment on is my own personal experience, so here goes. Upon arrival the lady who checked me in was friendly I paid the weekly rate for 7 days which in my opinion was cheap for a king room. When I entered the room I snapped a few photos to add to my review and turned on the A/C, I continued to go through my usual routine of checking what works and what doesn't. After reading the other reviews I was nervous about staying there but I looked around for bugs, opened the bed and checked for bed bugs. I didn't find any, I was relieved. Throughout the week I left my valuables lying around in plain sight, never had a problem with anything coming up missing, the house keepers were friendly and serviced my room everyday I really didn't have any

The service was really bad. We got charge an extra mystery $70 charge when we extended for another night. The continental breakfast consisted of a carafe of waffle batter and a cold waffle iron, 4 small cups of yogurt for the whole hotel. A Watered down juice selection that was non-potable and weak coffee. We did get a double pack of oreos and a bottle of water when we caught the extra charge and complained. Something we should have received as choice rewards members in the first place. The room was ok, the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was barely big enough to pop a squat. The shower head leaked. The ice bucket hadn't been cleaned in what looked like years. And I found long black hair in my bed linens. Must say my boyfriend and I had our doubts when we first pulled in about renting a room here. What ratings we could find on line were very low but after getting in or room we both agreed that we must of misunderstood the rating system or something. When we checked in the attendant was super friendly and when he heard us discussing where to go get a bite to eat he told us about several places we could order from that delivered and even had the menus for these places. The room was amazing. It wasn't freezing cold like they usually are. Not only was it one of the largest rooms I've stayed in but hands down it was definitely the cleanest.
