I am sharing my thoughts only because of Mrs.Carrie Copeland as our latest manager for Deer Haven in Madison. She was very responsive through communication in emails and phone conversation to get service back going in our home. I want to thank her personally for being the best professional in the company. Stay positive and compassionate about your tenants.

My air-conditioned has not worked in 2yrs I called and Miss Carrie made sure that I got a windows unit installed today Until my unit gets fixed. Thanks for answering phone when we call. Thank you so much Nobody else never called back or responded to me.

Mrs.Rebecca has been great! She has worked with me on getting my lease renewal completed. And just overall been very pleasant to deal with. Huge upgrade from previous property manager!

This has been the best experience getting in a home. Ms. Tiffany made us feel welcomed from the start ensuring us we’ve found the right place! She was so helpful! Definitely recommend working with her and this company.

Rebecca does a great job trying to get you approval for the home. She’s very nice and upfront with any concerns or questions. My first impression was she a people person and not rude:)
