Days Inn & Suites Lodi

The price was so reasonable, my brother and I did not have great expectations. The location was great. Close to freeway and all kinds of restaurants and stores. We were so happy with how cofortable the beds were. We each had our own room; front desk person accommodated us by giving my brother a room on first floor. This was important; we are late 70s. The pool was perfect.

I had a very upsetting experience at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lodi and would not recommend this location, especially for anyone assisting a vulnerable person.. I booked and paid for two consecutive reservations under my name and later registered an additional guest with the front desk. Staff explicitly made an exception for registering the guest without ID, and accepted payment for the extended stay. Despite this, the front desk employee repeatedly attempted to remove him, made false claims about what was said during check-in, and refused to verify facts through security footage. The most troubling incident occurred when the registered guest accidentally locked his key inside the room. Positive: It is an older building and has been updated well and it was very clean! All the staff were knowledgable and were helpful. I really do not have a complaint. The biggest thing was it was extremely clean, I was really impressed with that. Negative: ""

It was over all ok. Good location and like that I was able to get the free breakfast before 6am

I tried to check in with my reservation and the front desk person couldn't figure out how to charge my card. So instead of just sending me to my room so I could get ready for my appointment, they had me sit in the lobby like a jerk while I listen to them call their help desk. It lasted long enough that I decided to cancel my reservation and go across the street. I would avoid this place. I'm not sure they quite know what they're doing.
