I stayed at this property from 02/13/2026 to 02/15/2026 at the Wyndham location on Skibo Road in Fayetteville, NC. Upon entering the room, I observed multiple sanitation and cleanliness issues, including: Hair on the walls and surfaces Debris and food items on the floor Foreign objects in the bedding Visible residue and buildup on furniture and fixtures Maintenance issues, including a malfunctioning sink These were not minor housekeeping oversights — they were conditions that raised legitimate cleanliness concerns. On 02/14/2026 at approximately 9:15 AM, I went to the front desk and reported these issues directly to the employee on duty. The property has lobby security cameras that can verify my presence at that time. After my stay, I contacted management requesting a refund of $1

Had a bad experience…although the room was affordable, the toilet in my room didn’t flush, there were roaches in the shower and the parking lot has cameras that does not monitor the back of the hotel because my car window got smashed and they had no evidence of who done it! But they did give us fast service about switching to a sorta better room.

Positive: I like the options to have a room inside the hotel (which I prefer) or have a room with the doors outside like a motel. Negative: This trip I stayed in the motel style room with outside access. It appeared clean, but got up during the night and saw three roaches!

I had an incredibly distressing stay at this property. The safety risks are at a level that should concern any traveler. During my stay, I witnessed a physical assault in the parking lot and saw individuals successfully break into an unoccupied guest room to squat for the night. Car alarms went off repeatedly, and several vehicles appeared to be stolen by morning. Regarding the room conditions, it was infested with roaches and lacked basic maintenance; a loud, leaking pipe in the walls made sleep impossible. To make matters worse, other guests were disruptive, and management offered no assistance when noise complaints were made. Despite the front desk staff being polite, they seemed completely desensitized to the chaos, admitting these issues are common. I was refused a refund despite the
