I usually give hotels good reviews, but this one fell short. We had booked a king-sized room, but it was dirty. We asked to switch to two queen-sized beds for our family, but they put us in two full-size beds. We made the best of it. We also asked the front desk about breakfast time, and they told us it was 8 am, even though the sign said 7 am. We were fine with that until this morning. All that was left was a single muffin, very low-quality cereals, and nasty coffee. The room was also dirty again. We returned to our rooms to prepare our belongings and resume our journey. Unfortunately, the key for our room ceased functioning entirely. Fortunately, someone was still present in the room to grant us entry. This place doesn’t deserve any stars at all.

Location address given at booking was for a second Days Inn- on the same Road. Went to wrong hotel and had to deal with that confusion and then find the right hotel. Room smelled. Floors were not vacuumed. Spider and spider web in ceiling corner. Pictures crooked. No TV remote. Toilet kept backing up. Breakfast- nothing hot. One of the toasters- pull handles broken off. Cold coffee. Lots of maintenance and updating needed. Pool unsanitary. Super disappointed- was a weekend getaway for family birthday. Location was good. Online Pictures are very deceiving. Overpriced vending machine that was hardly stocked. Offered a refund for at least one nights visit for toilet continuously backing up and state of room not being clean.

Generally speaking a decent place. The rooms on the second floor seem to be of a higher quality than the rooms on the first level.

Room was very dirty. Had food debris on floor and in general VERY soaked walls, doors etc. Mold growing in shower stall and on ceiling. Sheets were stained and soiled. Nobody emptied our trash cans or changed the sheets. Update 2 days later. No improvement. My wife called the office to request 2 fresh towels and since they don't clean the rooms or replenish things like towels it's a daily struggle to get them. After waiting for several hours and nobody came, I went myself to complain about the dirt, mold and having to call daily to get anything, the so called hotel manager had the nerve to tell me that I should replenish items myself and yelled at me for not doing it myself. My wife had called them several times to inform them about problems to no avail. If I could give them 0 stars I would

My friends and I were traveling to Busch Gardens Hall-o-scream. We thought that would be the scariest part of our night, but room 253 at the days inn turned out to be far more frightening. I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel in my life. This one truly tested that. Upon arrival, the front desk manager was not very respectful. When getting our key, we struggled to get the door to open. We were not aware that there were two doors to the room. When going back to the front desk, the manager grew frustrated that I asked for help. He repeatedly rolled his eyes and eventually walked from behind the counter to help. I would like to remind everyone, when we checked in it was close to 12:45am. When we finally got settled in our room it was around 12:55. When putting our stuff down, we noticed stai
