Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Northwest Indianapolis

We checked in very late at of driving in town for the IU/Ohio state game, and despite the hour, Joe at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were settled. He took the time to explain the WiFi codes and even showed us exactly how to adjust the heat in our rooms so we would be comfortable. When we came back down later realizing we didn’t have any ice, he immediately got some for us—top-notch service! The hotel itself looks fantastic after the remodel. You can really tell the difference with the brand new TVs and the beds were super comfortable. The room was spotless, with fresh towels and a noticeably freshly stocked cupboard. It’s rare to find such a nice facility paired with such genuinely helpful staff on the night shift

We were an FFA chapter(15 middle schoolers) and stayed one night. Kids enjoyed the pool, rooms were clean, walls are thin, staff was helpful and polite. I had a child throw up on the bus and staff gave me cleaning supplies to disinfect and clean. Rooms were reasonably priced.

Positive: The price and location. Negative: The original room we were assigned was still dirty with a shampoo bottle and hair in the tub. We got moved to a better one. It was still a bit dirty with smears on the bathroom wall.

Absolutely Disgusting and Unsafe Our stay at this Wyndham property was beyond disappointing. The room was filthy — sticky fingerprints on surfaces, stained towels, and bedding that smelled unwashed. There was no coffee maker, and the tray on top of the microwave had cigarette burns all over it. It was clear that basic cleaning and maintenance are not a priority here. The biggest issue was the pool being closed. There was absolutely nothing posted about it anywhere prior to arrival. When I asked about it, the front desk agent called me a liar and insisted it was “posted everywhere,” which it absolutely was not. I then had to explain to my autistic child — who had been so excited to swim — that the pool was closed. That was heartbreaking. After seeing the condition of our room, we didn’t

When booking the room we chose this hotel because of the breakfast and the indoor pool. As soon as we check in we are told the pool is closed for maintenance. TV only had a few channels and they were scrambled and full of static. Breakfast was... Laughable. Mini pancakes and the weakest coffee I've ever had. Tried to take a shower and the showerhead is just dumping water everywhere. Spoke to management and they replaced the shower head after demanding to be let in the room. Staff was condescending and housekeeping was incredibly rude. You would think after missing the things we paid for such as the pool, the ability to shower, a missing continental breakfast and no cable they would offer a free night or a refund but neither was offered. The room was very clean but the entire building reeke
