Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lafayette IN

Im a commuter… i work in the area and use this hotel as my bad weather go to. Never had a single issue. The Current 2025 management is great. Hot coffee and breakfast in the morning. Pay no attention to old ….. previous owners customers reviews. It’s old and cheap. But good

This is my second Days Inn Wyndham experience and I thought the second time would be better. It was just as bad as the first. The room was filthy. The owners of this hotel should be embarrassed. The bathroom floor was hairy and had a cobweb in the corner that would have been gone if anyone bothered to vacuum and mop. A cabinet door was on the floor. There was no hair dryer, but the hook for the hair dryer that should have been on the wall was still there. All of the wires connecting the TV were sticking out of the wall above the TV. There was a nail sticking out that was holding the door handle in place. The lobby has a variety of furniture that someone picked up from garage sales. If you are only going to spend the time sleeping, at least the bed and pillows were comfortable. I

Positive: The staff is somewhat friendly.. well the ones tha speak English that is Negative: There were roaches in the room! I also saw a mouse in a second floor room

Rooms are great and where it is at was very convenient for me. I was put on the 3rd floor. The flow of water is very weak especially the toilet. Biggest issue I had was on the last night before check out heard a noise coming from the rest room and went to check. The toilet backed up and flooded the restroom had to laydown the towels I had to prevent it from coming in the room. Went downstairs to get a plunger to force the water down. My coworkers and my boss had the same issue in their rooms. Informed the front desk but they didn't seem to care. If you have a little more money I would recommend booking elsewhere.

I'm pretty sure Patrick Henry's first draft said, "Give me liberty, or give me a stay at the Lafayette Days Inn!" The fun started right off the bat when we discovered that the two identical and side-by-side rooms we booked were two different prices for some reason. We dropped our stuff off in the rooms and on the way back down, we got stuck in the elevator. I made a phone call to ask for help but they were more concerned with getting my contact info so that they could add me to the rewards program. I asked multiple times if they could just get us out of the elevator and they kept asking for my email address. When I was finally able to physically get to the front desk, the guy said that sometimes the elevator stops if the weight is unevenly distributed, but they can restart it with the ci
