Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cuba

Staff was friendly room was okay clean wise visibly. We stayed there for probably 4 days . Floors are dirty per usual any hotel these days unfortunately. Breakfast was meh. But most of all we stayed three nights not realizing anything but maybe a bite or two. Most places we've never SEEN a bed bug plenty of roaches but not bed bugs. I'm COVERED in bug bites and seen a juvenile bed bug our cat pointed out on the chair in the room so obviously probably a full blown infestation. I am now just hoping and praying we did not bring them back to our home because these bites are probably the most icthest I've ever been. Days inns always smell nice whatever they pump through the vents i don't know but definitely has beg bugs in room 132 just so the staff knows what room.

Filthy room that was not cleaned. Shower did not drain and was covered in hair. Had to switch rooms at check-in because original room had a broken door. Internet was incredibly slow and hard to connect. The Included breakfast made everyone in my party sick after eating. I would absolutely not recommended staying at this hotel.

Super clean hotel with big nice rooms and comfy beds awesome amenities like a pool and hot tub and washers and dryers very friendly staff pet friendly good location right off interstate 44 overall a great day would highly recommend

Dirty hotel. The room was not cleaned well at all. Pillows on one bed were not placed on the bed. Dog poop caked to carpet. Hairs in bathroom sink. Floor dirty in bathroom. Smudges of maybe blood on sheets. Breakfast was a joke. No coffee creamer at all. Just a jug of milk in a cooler. Plants placed willynilly in basic pots outside the front door. No elevator.

horrible. refused to refund my money for a room full of construction dust and filthy. could not sleep in it. left without any consideration from the motel. bad experience.
