Older motel, single-story, every room has a parking spot in front of your door- really cool and convenient.|Large parking lot, friendly staff, reasonable rates (even with pet fee). Right off the I-44 exit.|Clearly well maintained, with updated rooms. Very clean and comfortable. |Highly recommend!

We spent the night here and it was very good. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's right off the highway but we didn't even hear the traffic in our room. It's also a pet friendly place. We were very happy we stayed here.

Positive: It's ok for a quick sleep. Negative: Carpet was dirty. Socks were dirtty ater walking on it for a while. Time to replace the carpet

My husband and I have stayed here 3 times in the last couple years while going on fishing trips. All 3 times we were towing a bass boat. There is ample parking for a truck and trailer with room to turn around. It is direct access to each room from outside which makes it very easy to keep an eye on things. The rooms look like they have gone through some renovations and some still need work, but they are very clean. It is easy on/off from 44 and the traffic noise in the rooms is very minimal, if any at all. The same woman has been at the front desk all 3 times we have stayed here, and she is very nice both on the phone and in person. If you are looking for a fancy hotel, this is not the place for you. But if you need a clean, safe, friendly and inexpensive place to sleep for the night I high

We came into town for a wedding and chose to stay at this motel because the reviews were rated the best in the area for cleanliness.....WELLLLLLL......ALL 3 rooms rented were clean HOWEVER.....A LIVE BROWN RECLUSE was found in a bed along with 5 more dead spiders between the 3 rooms. A full refund was issued without question and we packed up and went to another hotel. Another couple a few rooms down also had a live recluse in their shower. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
