Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati North

It was very snowy when we got there,but the front desk lady when we checked in was nice. When our motel key wouldn't work she fixed it for us. She was very welcoming and nice. The motel is right next to a gasoline station / convenience store . They have stairs as well as an elevator to access the rooms upstairs. The motel has coffee machines in the lobby and table to eat breakfast at . I believe they have a free Continental breakfast,but I didn't see any of the items ,the next morning. The motel is older and could use a few updates,but the rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good( except that we had to buy a stopper for the tub). We felt safe here and I would go here again. The only complaint I really had was the rude ,elderly white lady who brushed my Husban

I had to make someone change the sheets on my king size bed because there was blood on the sheets. It took multiple trips to their crappy lobby to get toilet paper because there wasn't any in my room or towels either. The clerk had tp under her counter yet said she was too busy to give it to me when I asked for it during check in! I had to threaten to use 1 of their washcloths for toilet paper before I finally got some. Nothing in the vending machines. The clerk went into a back room and brought me 2 cans of sprite for 2 bucks! They lied about their breakfast. Nothing there. I was offered a pop tart! The lobby isn't like the picture on the website. The door didn't have 1 of those safety locks on it so I slept with a chair propped under the door knob. My room was on the 1st floor but t

They have roaches. I woke up the morning of check out to find a roach running around on the bathroom wall. The receptionist didnt have a care in the world. The shower curtains had dried blood on it. Bedding had black smudges and cigarette holes. Floors are grossly sticky also. Don't book at this location to save money. Spend the extra money to get a better and cleaner room. Night time reception was awful as well. I gave my name for check in and all she did was held out her hand while her face was buried into the computer. Assuming she wanted an ID and credit card, it would have been more appropriate to ask instead of hold out a demanding hand in silence and zero acknowledgement or eye contact.

This is the kind of place you stay at if you're having a REALLY bad time, or if you just don't know better. It's a hotel room, relatively safe all things considered. But it was grimey, the door had multiples holes in it, half the lighting didn't work, there is no real blanket...The whole building is creepy.
