Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Big Spring

Room was ok, clean. Bed great, shower was amazing (hard spray with massage sprayer), and fluffy, soft towels we wanted to take home with us! Heard no noise from neighbors. But never had a hotel that didn't provide soap - had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner but no soap to wash hands. Breakfast only packaged mini muffins, yogurt, cereal and something called oatmeal. Juice machine out of order. However, all said, we would stay there again.

I was there we spent hundreds of dollars on the room for weeks. The the little man at the front decided that our registered dog, a federally registered service dog) was not one. The little man that works days during the week decided he was a professional about service dogs. He also was very, very rude to my wife who has disabilities. She is hard of hearing therefore takes her time on things and he decided he was a doctor and decided she couldn't be disabled and was very harsh and rude to her. She came back to me in tears. Who died and made that folly Polly God!!!! Therefore, I wouldn't allow my dog to stay there much less trust to stay the night. I would be careful over there he likes to play God. Oh and by the way I took pictures of their so called house cleaning. We had a 3inch x 1inch f

Positive: The location is nearby where my son lives so I like to stay there when I go visit Negative: They did not have any water in the swimming pool and as far as their morning breakfast, there wasn’t really any no coffee very very small muffins & little apples.

Blood or throw up all over the bedding. Absolutely disgusting place to stay.

Beautifully furnished abd decorated. Recently remodeled. Nice Days Inn I've stayed in in many years They even had a guest laundry in a separate building. Every efficient machines. $2/wash and $1.50/dry for 45 min.
