Hampton Inn & Suites Big Spring

I was super tired and that bed was just not comfortable to me. Room was perfect other than that. Breakfast was decent but the yogurt was expired. I just ate extra bacon instead. Gonna have to walk for a week to get that off. Staff was nice. Peaceful and quiet. Pet owners kept their dogs quiet. Parents didn't let their kids run the halls. Perfect :)

This was a very comfortable room for a weary traveler who'd spent 16.5 hours straight behind the wheel. I actually had to turn the temperature down because the A/C worked so well in my room. The Hilton people have put into their Hilton Honors system the fact that I like the top floor, so I was happy to have been given a room on the 4th floor without even having asked for it directly. All the employees in this motel couldn't do enough to make sure guests are comfortable! Breakfast was excellent! I have noticed there are no tip jars for the folks who keep the kitchen looking good and providing food, so fellow travelers - please try to remember to slip them something.

Stayed in room 420. Loved the layout, and loved that there was plenty of space and I didn’t feel cramped. Shower water pressure wasn’t great but it did its job. Never heard door slamming or loud people at all. All in all, happy with my stay. Would stay again.

Great place to drop in for the night travelers go there for the convenience of being located right off of I-20. Wonderful polite staff makes u feel like you've been staying there for ages. Love this place definitely going to stay again!

An older Hampton I&S in a good location. The room was clean and quiet. The entry and hall was assaulted by mud boots frequently. Nothing the hotel could prevent. The salt water pool was a balmy 88*. Pretty warm for an indoor. We enjoyed it all by ourselves. Angel was very helpful with technical info. and BBQ suggestion. Pet Peeve: Kiddie Commode in a King Room. I’m too old for that nonsense.
