Rockhouse RV Park Big Spring Texas

This is an amazing RV park. Mind you now, it’s unpaved and unpretentious, but #1 in something else. Customer service, kindness, friendliness and helpfulness. Randi and Daniel will do anything to help you out with anything you need. They are awesome hosts.

Wow! All I can say is, thank goodness for Google Reviews. Though they're not always perfect and even in this case it wasn't. Overall the rating for the quality and quietness of the park seems a little high I still will give my overall rating a 5++. Quietness gets a mixed review - but in summer it doesn't matter as AC running non-stop. When I spoke to Randi (the wife) on the weekend before my Friday arrival I was thinking over-the-top friendly. Just a really nice person. As the week progressed, I had thought about trying to get a more convenient location because our job area has shifted by a few miles Also, my fault as I didn't follow up on Monday as I told her but they still saved a place in the overnights lot. Daniel and Randi are absolutely amazing!! They were helpful and informative and helped us get our new EV charged up when we were having issues charging at home. Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays, and they went WAY above and beyond!

We stayed here while doing updates on our local property, and we enjoyed the hospitality provided by Daniel and Randi. Daniel was standing at the door waiting for our arrival! We enjoyed the peaceful setting, and we're happy to refer friends to the Rockhouse RV Park.

This has been the most amazing stay here at Rock House RV pork, Daniel and his wife are just absolutely amazing and always is there for you when you have an issue or situation at the campground. Just for the record, there was never a whole bunch of issues or situation’s. Very quiet Camp Ground. I highly recommend if you’re in the area for a while most definitely stay here at Rock House RV Park. They have one of the best Wi-Fi systems that I’ve ever had to use at a campground, thanks for everything while I was here at your park.
