Eagle's Den Suites Big Spring a Travelodge by Wyndham

My third or fourth time staying here while on business. I love the fact that it is a little apartment, full kitchen with a small den and a washer and dryer and a separate bedroom. Very nice and wonderful for the price. Great parking can pull up right to my door. I am a solo woman traveler with a dog and dogs are welcome. Very nice staff, appreciate it much.

I had no clue that this place had a full kitchen, a washer and dryer and a separate bedroom. The whole arrangement was absolutely wonderful and they did not charge extra for my one dog. Nice parking lot, not a lot of heavy traffic. Wonderful check-in staff. When exiting off I-20 you do have to maybe go down and turn around if you are westbound, but the feeder is two-way to be able to get back to the hotel. I would completely recommend the place. Particularly as a solo woman, the room had so many amenities. A full size refrigerator, yay. A full size stove oven and a full large size microwave, yay. Separate den area, again exceeded in my expectations and I do travel quite a lot.

The staff is second to none!! We have been staying here since May, we are so pleased with the care and community here. The house keeping staff is amazing, and the ladies in the office are professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make our stay comfortable. The room has been everything we've needed. We needed maintenance, and they were very quick to respond and fix the issue. Professional, personable, efficient, and reliable. We highly recommend staying here.

My partner and I stayed overnight on our drive from Texas to Washington state. I booked the wrong date (for a week later!) and when we showed up at 11:00pm, the staff was available and happy to change our reservation. The manager on-call was so friendly, kind, and helpful. After 10 hours of driving, it was such a huge relief to sleep in clean, comfortable space. Dog friendly.
