BED BUGS BEWARE! Room 113 has bed bugs I have seen atleast 4 in the adult stage, i gave them 2 in a bag as proof 1/25 around 12pm. The box springs and mattresses were filthy. Mold and mystery stains everywhere. I have photos and videos. Manager only offered to change rooms. Which would possibly spread the bed bugs since we found them the second morning. They gave some quarters to dry items in hopes to kill any on our items after I requested that it is the least they could do. He did not seem surprised or upset like he knew they were there already. Once the snow storm ended we ventured to a nearby strip mall to pickup a steamer for items that could not be washed and bed bug spray. We washed all of our clothing but some things got damaged. I didn’t need any service. Check-in was easy. My room was very quiet, and had everything I needed. Oh, except I couldn’t make the hairdryer work, despite pressing reset buttons on outlet and plug, but will notify mgt. I am a seasoned 72-yr-old solo female world traveler. I did appreciate the rubber bath mat and the old fashioned ceramic/porcelain handles in the bath walls. Also plenty of outlets in the room walls and on the lamps. And the fridge and microwave worked fine; those are very impt to me! I liked motion detector bathroom light! The hotel is set back from a 4-lane parkway, and is most easily accessed by car. We spent 1 night here in a room with 2 queen beds. The room was clean, had a desk and mini-fridge. Front desk staff when we checked in about 8pm was friendly. (At check-out, there was a sign to just drop off the key.) The hotel's location is up off the road, so it's quiet. Breakfast was the typical fare: waffles, breads, cereal, but the breakfast room was quite large so lots of space. Decent value for the price. Hotel also has a small fitness center. Do be aware that a $100 deposit is collected (I was told this is in case you smoke in the no-smoking room), and is not refunded for 3-5 business days.

We booked through your site because it advertised as having an open pool and on-site shops as well as tubs.As I am disabled and have extreme dizziness cannot take showers because i'm a fall risk.. However , upon arrival there was no pool , there were no on site shops, no tub and after calling hotel and asking to cancel, they retaliated and turned our TV off. We sent a pleasant message asking g for a room change due to no TV, a collapsed ceiling in the bathroom in the shower, a broken toilet and brown grime all over bathroom walls which no one ever replied to us.
