Days Inn by Wyndham West Des Moines / Clive

This place was great for the price we paid, everyone was nice and the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! Plus the manager took care of us when we’ve we had an issue! I’d come back here for sure. If you need cheap, I recommend this.

0 STARS: When we got to our room you couldn't open the door with it hitting the bed. Checking the beds, the sheets had yellow questionable stains and under the beds were covered in dust, like they had never been cleaned. Went to use the bathroom and needed to hover... looking at the shower, it had questionable smears on the floor and walls. The elevator didn't work. When we went to check out, we were asked if we wanted to move to the 3rd floor as the rooms were "probably clean". We turned our keys back in and went someplace else. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

The days is always perfect for a short stay. I stay here 4 times a year for just 1 night. Staff is very nice and I always get a comfortable clean room. There are no frills but I never need them for an overnight stay after Wrestling Revolver.

Im so surprised by the reviews left from other people. These are the pictures from my room. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had zero problems. I don't know if they are renovating the hotel or what.. this is my honest review. I will be staying here again. The staff needs to be more friendlier. No smiles or greetings. A turn off for travelers.

Positive: Kind of hidden, but access to eating out was convenient. I did rest ell,the bed was comfortable Negative: The parking lot needs work done,too many low spots
