Days Inn by Wyndham Walterboro

Super easy access to 95. The two working the desk were delightful. Booking online kept it cheap. The continental breakfast with self made waffles was a great touch. Rooms were clean and had everything you need. Nice big tv as well!

I reserved a room for one night. Five minutes after I made the reservation, my son's job required that we change plans, and we would no longer need the room. I called to cancel, but they refused. When I received my receipt for the charge, I found that I had been charged for travel insurance without being asked. Tried to use the travel insurance to get a refund. The travel insurance company would only refund with the hotel's permission, but they denied the refund. Pay close attention when dealing with them.

Terrible. Furniture falling apart, duck taped to keep it together. Upholstered furniture was worn and upholstery was dirty especially on the armrests and at the back. Just disgusting. Filthy, dirty floor. Never walk barefoot in that hotel. Two little bath towels. Bathroom door handle was absolutely gross. Who knows what kind of dirt was on that.

Traveling through the states and so we made a reservation to stay here because it was close to I-95. We stayed with two cats so we needed a pet friendly room. We had to switch rooms 3 times to find one where the air conditioning worked properly. First room A/C was too noisy/rattling, second room it was not blowing cold air. Those rooms were passable with hard flooring. Third room we stuck it out because we were worn down and tired and finally the air conditioning worked. But this room was, unfortunately, carpeted. We should have picked up and left this place because the room smelled like dog the whole time so who knows if or when the carpet was ever cleaned properly in between guests. Regrettably, we stuck it out staying there. It was a mistake to stay because after we left our 100% indoor
