Days Inn by Wyndham Tulsa Central

I checked in about 1:30am to sleep before we hit the road . I don’t smoke. We checked in with no issues and paid $100 deposit and $99 for the room . The room was listed at $65 per night. For some reason I was charged $99 but didn’t argue. We slept and woke up at 8:30 am to check out . While checking out the service rep NIcK asked was everything okay and I said yes no issues. After he pulled my $100 deposit from the drawer he just walks off. After he returns he says why did you all cover the smoke detector. I said we didn’t what are you talking about., I then laughed and said that’s the oldest trick in the book , make up a reason to keep my deposit. I asked to see the room again myself he declined and said here take your deposit and DONT COME BACK . 1. Overcharged 2. Lied on 3 embarrassi

Rooms: -5 Service: 1 Location: 8 Our 1st room #122 was filthy- the second room #114 was a bit better... the first one had hair all in the room & shower. The soap dispenser was broken and laying on the seat in the shower. Dried soap was puddled under the chair and the shower head was leaking so much it had ran out into the bathroom area and in front of the sink. The 2nd room had hair in the outer room area. The toilet was dirty. It had stuff on the seat, under the seat and inside the bowl. One of my pillows had something yellowish brown on it and had a weird oder. The floors needed a good mopping. The floors out in the lobby and hallway before the carpet area needed major mopping as there was a weird film on the floors. Check-in was interesting... he was friendly enough but... I had t

The staff was friendly and helpful. However the room was not as clean as it should be. Floor was sticky with debris and hair, remote was disgusting - I wondered if the remote was just sticky from that type of rubber so I took a wipe to wipe it off and the backside and the wipe was dark brown so I flipped it over and wiped where the keypad stuff was and it was just as gross and I couldn’t get down into the key functions. I felt like every time I touched it I had to wash my hands. Entry door had a large gap on the lower portion of door jamb and bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Coffee was awful and we didn’t eat breakfast there so can’t comment on it. Its proximity to breakfast places was convenient. We would not stay here again.

Budget rooms were clean and friendly staff. Rooms were basic with amenities that you need to ask for. I would stay again. We were on the first floor, but there are elevators. Parking lot was well lighted and seemed safe. Breakfast was simple but enough proteins to get us started for our drive.

This was supposed to be a quick overnight stay on our way home. We didn't check into the hotel until almost 10:30 at night. The lobby smelled like cleaner, everything looked freshly painted. So that was good. We got to our room which was clean and newly renovated. But once we went to bed the springs were so loud every time we tuned over it was like fireworks were going off. Then at 2:15am the fire alarm went off. We were disoriented, and not sure if it was a real fire or not. It took us at least 3 minutes to leave our room. Once we got to the first floor there was a woman in a wheelchair screaming for help with smoke pouring out of her room. My husband and I went over to help her. She had no clothes on and was covered by a blanket, so she wanted us to get her clothes. It took the front d
