While frontline staff were consistently courteous and professional, the owner’s conduct, the misrepresentation of amenities, the forced room relocation, and the condition of the property made this stay unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that families and travelers look elsewhere. The only positive aspects of this hotel were the housekeeping staff and the gentleman at the front desk at check-in. They were warm, friendly, genuinely helpful, and clearly doing their best in a difficult environment. Unfortunately, the remainder of the experience was beyond unacceptable. We booked this hotel specifically for a heated indoor pool, after confirming by phone that it was operational with hours of 9:30 AM–9:30 PM. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Very gross and dirty. Our first room was absolutely unreal and nasty. Went to front desk and they offered us a new room - new room wasn’t any better still as gross. Towels and bedding was stained and smelled. We bought our own bedding, pillows, & towels just to feel some type of cleanliness while staying as they would not offer a refund. Very disappointing. Front desk staff half the time was outside hanging with friends & never behind the desk.

I'm giving five stars based on the positive reviews, and some of the photos, but have not stayed there yet, as I'm currently looking for a place for a two or three month stay while looking for permanent housing. Having said that, one must wonder if some of these very negative reviews might have been posted by folks who were themselves the problem.

Never never never refuse any kind of service to a disabled person with a service animal. Restrooms should be available to everyone, not just those who have purchased a room. You are a public entity, you are NOT a privately owned business. Where the public is allowed, so are we. Know the law! Goodluck because customer service WILL be informed and the video reviewed of the staff member who is working this evening. Learn some hospitality if you wanna stay open because what we just witnessed was absolutely horrendous and ignorant.
