Best Western Plus Pontoon Beach

I've been here for around 6 weeks. Breakfast and the lady attending breakfast great! However rooms dont get cleaned even if asked they have a serious drama going on between housekeepers. I at least left 7 complaints about room being serviced the last time I asked the housekeeper promised if I extended she would do a deep clean on my room I got back to my room and covers not tucked in same sheets on bed not even a half hearted effort given bits of paper articles I dropped a few days before I left to see if they were picked up , not happening. I had other guys at the laquinta inn next door and they cleaned rooms every day. Breakfast is good there but not great. However you do get your room cleaned wich imo at the end of the day is way more important to me. I have a couple more months here .

Positive: We were in town for a funeral and arrived 2 hours before check in time. the front desk person went above and beyond to help us. She took it upon herself to clean a room for us so that we could get in early. Excellent service!!! Negative: ""

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm. Breakfast included sausage patties that were thoroughly cooked, waffles, pancakes, muffins, granola, yogurt, eggs and maybe more. The person at the registration desk was friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean, and the water was a comfortable temperature. I would stay here again if in the area.

Very nice hotel, all very clean, breakfast area is well setup, food was very good and well stocked by an attendant who quickly cleaned tables as they emptied. Had a slight issue with room lock which was quickly repaired. Very impressed with the desk personnel, especially Connie, she went above and beyond to get us checked in and situated in our rooms. Great job of taking care of customers. We'll be back!!

Very very clean. Beds were beyond comfortable. Highly recommend . Only a 4 star on Location because there are not many food options around besides a Mcdonalds and Taco Bell. But everything about the hotel itself is 5/5.
