Days Inn by Wyndham Niagara Falls Near The Falls

We got away for the night. The prices were great. Location was perfect! The rooms were great. The breakfast was decent, with lots of options from bagels, waffles Cereals, toast, yogurt, fruits! Pool area was beautiful with hot tub and sauna. Only thing was the pool was freezing! Definitely sat here again

Nice quadruple room. The breakfast room is too small for all the bedrooms. Great location at walking distance from Niagara park.

The location was spectacular, right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to all the attractions, it was quiet and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was good, but I was surprised they didn’t offer any protein. There were no eggs or sausages to complement it. I think guests would appreciate having these options on the breakfast menu. Thank you.

Upon checking in and getting into bed, we discovered multiple blood stains across the sheets, which had soaked through to the mattress cover as well. This is a serious biohazard and sanitation issue. We immediately contacted the front desk to report it. When staff arrived, they replaced everything except the visibly stained fitted sheet. After calling a second time, it took over 20 minutes for them to return—this time with only one sheet. By this point, it was 3:30 a.m., and I was forced to remake the bed myself—twice—despite the issue being entirely the hotel’s responsibility. As if this wasn’t bad enough, shortly after, we were awakened by loud banging on our door and yelling in the hallway. It was a great stay! The hotel is exactly what I expected, fairly priced and great location. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The one in charge of keeping breakfast stocked and clean was excellent, she was on top of everything. The only gripe I have is how slow the elevators were. Luckily we were there in off season so it wasn't terribly busy but I can't imagine how frustrating they would be during peak season.
