I had an amazing experience at Days Inn Niagara Falls once again! This was my second stay, and it honestly just keeps getting better. The staff went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which made our trip so much smoother. On top of that, they surprised me with balloons in the room for my upcoming birthday, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch 🥹🎈. Every single request I had was taken care of with so much kindness and professionalism. The hospitality here truly stands out—you can tell they genuinely care about their guests and their experience. I absolutely love staying here and will definitely keep coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special and memorable! Highly recommend! 💯✨

Great location and staff were accommodating as we were staying with a hockey team. The room was small, and the view from our window was of a brick wall. Beds were comfortable and the Bathroom was clean, however it was really hard to overlook the worn and torn carpet that should have been replaced long ago. Was not impressed with the extra charges for breakfast and parking as I was not expecting them.

Dana, the front staff gave me the best service desk interaction that I've ever had. You need to know how valuable this lady is to the success of your hotel. Yes, cheap rates got me here, but what will bring me back over other cheap hotels is the care that she instinctively took with me. I felt the need to write a review to share how great the service was at this Days Inn. My son was sick for the first day of a hockey tournament so we had to cancel last minute. Not only was the hotel staff accommodating, but the hotel staff was genuinely caring and interested. Overall, everything about the service, from how they treated us to how they treated all of the parents, was outstanding. I'd expect that from a high end hotel, but didn't expect it here. All of the staff at the Days Inn were very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend for that reason alone.
