Days Inn by Wyndham Murphy

Room was spacious and clean. The king bed was comfortable, and they provided plenty of pillows. TV was massive for a hotel. The continental breakfast wasn’t the best nor the worst…just enough to get the day started.

We haven't always been confident about Day's Inns, but this one is an exception. Very clean, friendly staff, and updated furnishings. The towels were new and fluffy,(one of my special concerns}, and the bedding was crisp and pillows good. We had our dog. with us and thought we might be given a room that might be as nice. However, that was not the case--fresh carpet and everything clean. Good breakfast as well. I spoke to the owner and she said that they had worked on the hotel since 2019, and their next project was new tv's. |Also, their rates are very reasonable, even with the $20 charge for our dog.

Have stayed here for 40 plus years, and have seen it change hands several times. Sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. As of the first week of December 2025, the place looks as good as it ever has, but my impression of the customer service was less than satisfactory. Our reservations were messed up (our fault), but the issue stems from trying to resolve the problem. The hostess was obviously sick (and said as much), including “everybody here is sick”. Not a good omen for checking in. The mask on her face made her foreign accent even worse and we left out of frustration. We found a less expensive hotel down the road where no one was sick and their southern drawl made for a pleasant experience.

Lisa is our savior! We booked the quality inn in andrews 2 weeks ago, showed up and the room was filthy, and apparently they didnt have any other rooms.... called this place and Lisa had 1 room for us. Showed up and checked in and to be honest, this room is 100% better than the other one would of been if it were clean. Finding a room on a Sat night over labor day weekend isn't easy. So we're glad Lisa helped us out!
